This product works better for us than the finger sensor in terms of getting consistent readings. The band is difficult to get the sensor positioned accurately and tightened to stay in place though.

Due to a previous injury and poor hand circulation, I was not doing well at monitoring my oxygen with a finger sensor. A doctor's office used an ear sensor and I was sold. It works great.
