Works as expected. Allows other nonin pure light sensors work with the wristox watch. I needed an earclip sensor and this adapter was needed to attach that specialty sensor. That feature makes this watch pulse ox unique.

I purchased the 3150I cable adapter and the 3' 8000SM Sensor Cable to use with our 3150 Wrist Ox O2/Heart Rate Monitor because the original 12" cable designed for the unit was becoming erratic. Replacing it with the 3' cable was a good choice because I use it to monitor my wife's O2 while she sleeps. The extra length is very useful, since she does not actually wear the unit on her wrist.Duri
